Replacing a computer and trying to get it going to enable remote Crestron control due to expected unrest coming next week near the office, I went to to install XPanel to run some. Even end users are allowed to download it! Google did not give me that KB article when I searched. Edit: Solved! The exact issue is described here along with the solution, which is to download a (newer) copy of the XPanel Desktop software.
